Full River Rescue; INC#0299; 06:47AM; 6450 N Corbin Av; https://bit.ly/44EQTfw; Winnetka; After searching from ground and air for over an hour, firefighters *may* have located the reporting person trapped in the 48” drainage tunnel (with screen) near Corbin St bridge. It is a very technical operation to safely gain access and establish a two line rope rescue system, using a high-point off the Heavy Rescue boom. The pipe leads to the river which requires all downstream rescue companies to remain in place for the duration as a safety backup. There were two other persons located the area who were not in distress and moved out.
