FLOODING - Now Static; INC#1021; 02:01PM; 1929 N Wilcox Av; https://bit.ly/4rkpXvj; Hollywood Hills; This scene is now static. Reported source of flooding and hillside collapse was a garden hose, overflowing the pool above the hillside for an unknown amount of time. All residents evacuated by LAPD have been released to return to their homes. LADBS red-tagged the pool area (drained by LAFD) and portions of the damaged structure at the base of the hill.
