FLASH FLOOD WARNING; 02:48AM; The National Weather service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for parts of the Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Griffith Park, and Downtown Los Angeles areas. The Flash Flood Warning is in effect starting today, November 21st, from 1:45 AM to until 4:00 AM PST. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
