Confined Space Rescue - Now Static; INC#0147; 02:57AM; 11030 W Hartsook St; https://bit.ly/43XMDXw; North Hollywood; Fire companies and USAR specialists coordinated for approximately one hour to rescue an alert male from a hole approximately 3’ wide and 30’ deep. An oxygen tank and mask were lowered to the victim due to air quality in the hole. Rescuers utilized an aerial ladder truck to create a high point for a rope rescue, allowing the victim to be captured and slowly raised to ground level.
