In times of uncertainty and unprecedented natural and man-made disasters, Waldorf’s Bachelor of Arts degree in Emergency Management is designed to prepare the student with a broad base of knowledge in the field of emergency management. The foundation for this degree program includes the Waldorf general education curriculum, numerous courses in the emergency management arena, as well as electives in the fields of Homeland Security, Fire Science Administration, and Business, among others. The program provides students with the general education, discipline-specific, and technical knowledge required to succeed in the diverse field of emergency management.

Bachelor of Science in Fire Science Administration
Fire up your career with a Bachelor of Science in Fire Science Administration from Waldorf University. This program presents a balanced curriculum and contains courses identified by the National Fire Academy, U.S. Fire Administration and the National Fire Protection Association for use in academic settings. Special emphasis is placed on:

Founded in response to the 9-11 attacks, the Department of Homeland Security is the largest federal law enforcement agency in the United States. Waldorf’s Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security is designed to provide an in-depth background related to Department of Homeland Security practices. Waldorf’s B.A. focuses on strategies to protect the American homeland, including prevention, planning, and response measures related to terrorist threats.
