Structure Fire - Now Out; INC#1610; 08:59PM; 1535 Mohawk St; https://bit.ly/3ZNeesW; #EchoPark; Garage fire extending into a one-story single family dwelling upon fire department arrival -- occupants of the home were able to self-extricate. Firefighters attacked fire in the garage while simultaneously making entrance into the home to fight fire in the attic and salvage property on the main floor. Knockdown declared in 29 minutes with 32 firefighters working on scene. No exposures threatened. Firefighters quickly made entry and declared a knockdown of the fire in nine minutes. Hydrant 06/21/2025 INC#1410

Hydrant; INC#1410; 08:58PM; 2235 W Beverly Bl; https://bit.ly/4eewKAb; Westlake; Vehicle hit and displaced a fire hydrant. Vehicle left the scene and there are no injuries reported. However the water flow from the hydrant is flooding the roof of a two-story, center hall building (housing a church). Large amount of water is accumulating on both floors and damaging the structure. Firefighters are shutting down the hydrant and additional resources are enroute to assist with the water removal operation.
