Physical Rescue; INC#0295; 06:54AM; SB 5 Fwy x Hollywood Way; Sun Valley; A three-car traffic collision resulted in three injured patients and a minivan on fire. Firefighters split the immediate tasks - one company extinguished the vehicle fire, as others began extricating one trapped patient from a different vehicle. Two patients self-extricated prior to LAFD arrival. LAFD transported all three patients. One adult female was in fair condition and two adult males were in moderate condition.
