Cliff Rescue; INC#1437; 08:42PM; 11401 N Big Tujunga Canyon Rd; https://bit.ly/3vGXliA; Sunland; A 40yo male patient is approximately 200' down the cliff side (circumstances causing the fall are unknown at this time). Initial report is the patient is conscious and alert with what is believed to be a significant leg injury. LAFD Urban Search and Rescue resources are responding to assist with the rescue operation. LAFD Air Ops is also on scene and the best method of safely bringing the patient to the surface is being evaluated at this time. The initial call was received at 8:08PM.
