Two patients total: Adult female was trapped in the wreckage of her badly damaged vehicle. Beyond medical assistance, she was determined deceased at scene. An adult male from another vehicle with non-life threatening injuries, is being transported by LAFD Paramedics to an area hospital. #LATraffic: Closure of one or more lanes of La Cienega Boulevard in the immediate area until LAPD operations are complete, unknown duration.
