Fortunately, it was only a 'slip off the track' of tank car with no rollover (it remains upright). The tank was empty therefore no hazardous leaks. No injuries reported. Structure Fire 11/30/2019 INC#1473

Structure Fire; INC#1473; 11:04PM; 4004 S Cherrywood Av; http://bit.ly/2OEhumi; Leimert Park; 26 firefighters found a 1,593 sq-ft single-family home built in 1938 with fire inside to the rear. Firefighters systematically covered belongings inside to protect them from smoke and water, as the suppression efforts were underway. Firefighters on the roof cut a hole to ventilate the fire and found flames that reached out of the hole for a short time before interior crews completely knocked down the fire, 17 minutes after the initial alarm. Update Structure Fire; INC#0663; 01:04PM; 2452 N Westridge Rd; http://bit.ly/2ssdM6o; Brentwood; LAFD engaged fire in the attached garage of a vacant two-story home, before it was able to spread to the rest of the house. 26 firefighters finished off the flames, and verified that it did not extend through the attic or wall space, in 21 minutes.
