Update Brush Fire - Sunset Fire Partial Re-Housing; INC#2526; 11:48PM; 2350 N Solar Dr; https://bit.ly/4a9XUGp; Hollywood Hills West; The majority of the Evacuation Zone for the Sunset Fire is LIFTED with the EXCEPTION of the area North of Franklin Ave from Camino Palmero St (East border) to N Sierra Bonita Ave. (West border). This area remains CLOSED until tomorrow morning due to continued LAFD operations ensuring no flare ups in the vegetation surrounding these streets. Update Brush Fire - PALISADES FIRE UPDATE; INC#0738; 02:45PM; 1190 N Piedra Morada Dr; https://lafd.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Media/index.html?appid=ba8cfed4b4a04d49b7489eb8300727a8; Pacific Palisades; Acreage updated to 15,832 with 0% containment. State fire agency, CAL-FIRE Incident Management Team assumed command of the fire at 8:00AM today. We are in a Unified Command with Cal-Fire San Bernardino-Inyo-Mono Unit, Los Angeles County Fire and Los Angeles Police Department. The cause of the fire is under investigation. According to the National Weather Service, a High Wind Warning remains in effect until 6pm tonight (Wednesday). This includes north to northeast winds 25-40mph with gusts between 60-80mph. The mandatory evacuation orders remain the same - interactive map linked above. Red Flag Parking Restrictions remain IN EFFECT until 8:00AM Friday, January 10th.; Margaret Stewart
