There are a total of four units involved in the fire (extent of damage of each unit is not available at this time). A primary and secondary search found no occupants in any of the units. The four persons (two children, two adults) who were brought down from the 2nd floor balcony (via fire department ladder) are being assessed for any injuries. Cause and $ loss TBD. Firefighters encountered significant storage within the attic which delayed their ability to reach the seat of the fire. Additional crews conducted salvage operations on the interior (which remained clear of fire) to protect belongings from water/smoke damage. There was a roofing operation underway at the time of the fire. Official cause and $ loss TBD.
