The fire was located in a mezzanine above the office of a 4 bay auto/paint shop. Cause and $ loss TBD. They are preparing to conduct a hoist rescue to retrieve and transport the 56 yo male patient with several traumatic injuries. The helicopter will remain on scene for an extended duration (estimate 20 mins) due to the care needed in packaging the patient for the hoist. The original 9-1-1 call was received at 9:11AM. It took 58 firefighters 44 minutes to extinguish the flames. One patient and two firefighters were transported to the hospital in non-life-threatening condition.
