The 3 story single family dwelling was new construction. The blaze extended into the two adjacent residences - the extent of that damage is unknown at this time. The cause and $ loss TBD. The fire was primarily in the common (about 2' high) attic and moved horizontally down the B side (West) towards the C side (North) of the building. The truck companies on the roof created holes in the roof and used handlines to extinguish the bulk of the fire while interior fire attack address fire in the walls in (at least) one unit.
