Update Water Rescue; 03:45PM; Pacific Coast Highway x Pine Creek Lane; internal:/; Wilmington; First Swift Water Rescue team is on scene with boat, another is enroute. One victim is being walked out by firefighters but they are unable to reach additional victims without the boat. Undetermined number (3 right now) due to lack of visibility through the dense vegetation. The area is estimated at 300' x 300'. This is a large flooded area with dense vegetation making it difficult for firefighters to reach victims and determine exact number needing rescue. Firefighters currently on foot making their way into the area and hearing additional people calling out for help. Update Structure Fire; 05:48PM; 8007 W HIGHLAND TL; internal:/; #HollywoodHills; The LAFD Arson Section investigated the fire cause and it is "Undetermined" and remains under active investigation. The estimated dollar loss is $325,000 ($250k structure & 75k contents). The flames were predominately in the attic and extended into some walls. The home also suffered water damage.
