Despite heavy fire, crews prevented it from extending and damaging any additional units in the large apartment complex (corrected to center hall as opposed to garden style). No injuries reported. Update Water Rescue; 11:53AM; 2581 Fletcher Dr; internal:/; Plan A was successful: water based rescue by LAFD Swift Water Rescue Team with tethered inflatable boat; They provided a water rescue helmet and life vest to the (47 y/o?
