No injury. No structures damaged. NOTE: One or more lanes of Culver Boulevard and Jefferson Boulevard west of Lincoln Boulevard will remain closed until LAFD operations are complete, unknown duration. Motorists should expect ongoing congestion and delay, avoid the area and consider an alternate route. Detours are readily available. Monitor traffic reports on news radio.
