LAFD Arson investigators and LAPD are responding with the preliminary reports on scene of the victim being a 15yo M passenger and one additional person in the vehicle safely exited prior to LAFD arrival. There are no reported injuries and the exact number of persons trapped is not known. Firefighters are continuing to address any stuck elevators throughout the facility.
