Fire fully consumed the attic, with partial involvement of the second (top) floor, where firefighters prevented it from burning down into any first floor units. It took 74 firefighters 45 minutes to extinguish the flames. Approximately 27 people will be displaced. No reported injuries. Firefighters took care to protect belongings below before applying water to the flames above.
