River Studios. The site had just concluded a public (wedding?) event when the fire erupted. All attendees and staff safely evacuated the facility. Firefighters will remain at scene into the morning to extinguish hotspots. No injuries have been reported. The fire cause is under active investigation. The homeowner has confirmed the three story residence - undergoing a major renovation, has 28,000 square-feet of floorspace.
