Crews quickly developed a hose line and entered the burning structure to extinguish the flames in 12 minutes (declared by radio at 1:59 PM). One patient with a minor medical complaint was evaluated on scene and released. No other injuries. Paramedics secured the man to the rigid basket, and he was lifted to street level for ambulance transport with moderate injuries.
