Civilian Fatality Structure Fire - Now Out; INC#1273; 06:18PM; 136 E 71st St; https://bit.ly/3JF290o; #Florence; PRELIM: 40 LAFD Firefighters took just 14 minutes (6:32 PM) to respond, access, confine and fully extinguish fire within one room of a one-story single family home. During the aggressive and well coordinated fire attack, firefighters discovered one person deceased inside the residence. Their age, gender and site affiliation have yet to be determined. No other injuries have been reported. The cause of the fire is under active investigation. One additional patient (undetermined age/gender) was determined deceased and remains at scene.
