Update Rescue; 04:46PM; 500 W Paseo Del Mar; internal:/; 1 adult male was rescued from high surf and evaluated, he declined transport to the hospital. After a through search, no other victims were found. Resources are now making themselves available. Due to the High Surf, we encourage people to stay back from the water’s edge, particularly children and pets.
