Update Knockdown - Structure Fire; INC#0470; 09:38AM; 1165 N Berendo St; https://bit.ly/3LPUZqB; #EastHollywood; 46 Firefighters took just 19 minutes of offensive firefighting operations to access, confine and fully extinguish heavy fire within a vacant, fenced and boarded 1,306 square foot one-story home (built 1919) filled and surrounded with debris, that was well involved with fire on their arrival. Flames were confined to the structure of fire origin, as well as vegetation to the rear. A comprehensive search of the debris filled structure discovered no injured persons.
