A rescue operation was performed and a 20F was pulled from the structure, unresponsive. Life saving measures were immediately initiated and the patient was transported in grave condition. A 55M is being transported with non-life threatening burn injuries and the 3rd occupant, adult female, has no medical complaint. LAFD Arson is responding for the investigation according to protocol. The person in custody is a previously convicted serial arsonist.
