Update Water Rescue; 11:53AM; 2581 Fletcher Dr; internal:/; Plan A was successful: water based rescue by LAFD Swift Water Rescue Team with tethered inflatable boat; They provided a water rescue helmet and life vest to the (47 y/o? No injuries reported. The majority of occupants will shelter in place while firefighters clear smoke from the 2nd floor.
