Structure Fire; INC#0121; 03:21AM; 3529 E Olympic Bl; https://bit.ly/3iXT1nM; Boyle Heights; Fire attack reached the seat of the fire and are getting water on it, making good progress. Resources on scene reporting this to be a marijuana grow operation and the large air conditioning unit has fallen through the roof. There are no injuries reported. LAFD Hazardous Materials squad is responding to assist due to the discovery of bottles of unknown chemicals/gases inside the structure by the fire attack crews. Update KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#1232; 10:18PM; 443 S Soto St; https://bit.ly/2EeP3Hq; Boyle Heights; 85 LAFD firefighters extinguished the blaze, that consumed a significant portion of a three-story vacant hospital, in 63 minutes. Firefighters conducted a rapid interior search in the early stages and found no patients inside. Crews withdrew and engaged in a defensive attack for the remainder of the fight. Firefighters conducted a secondary search after the fire was out, finding no patients. No reported injuries.
