Cliff Rescue - FATALITY; INC#1030; 03:08PM; 1000 W Paseo Del Mar; https://bit.ly/4mgjAX7; #SanPedro; At 2:22PM, the LAFD responded to a reported medical aid near Sunken City. Firefighters investigated and visually located a deceased person below the cliff on the rocks. The incident was upgraded to a Cliff Rescue and crews are currently evaluating the situation to determine the safest method for the body recovery operation. Crews on the roof and the interior worked in coordination to extinguish all flames and ensure there were no victims. Firefighters remain on scene of the incident for overhaul.
