A reported electrical fire on the 10th floor is now out -- firefighters ascended via stairwells to assess and confirm a knockdown of all flames. Both patients are receiving a full medical assessment on scene, and are believed to be in critical condition. There is no fire problem or residual electrical issue according to firefighters on scene.
