Patient safely lowered to the ground with firefighter via rope lowering system established by the firefighters at the top of the hillside. Update Hiker in Distress; 06:08PM; 3200 N Canyon Dr; internal:/; Hollywood (Hills & Northeast); LAFD crews and Urban Search and Rescue Task Force 27 are setting up a lowering system (rope system used to safely lower a firefighter to the patient and then lower both firefighter and patient down to the ground) to reach the patient, approximately 200' down a hillside.
