The burning materials appear to be metal scrap and other debris, apparently related to automobile recycling. No injury. No evacuation. Unfortunately, he was beyond medical help and determined deceased on scene. Firefighters will conduct a body recovery to bring the patient to ground level. The incident will transition to LAPD Inc# 2482 and LA County Medical Examiner-Coroner for the investigation.
