Update Media Advisory; 05:32PM; W Coliseum Drive; internal:/; South Los Angeles; Final Patient Count for Rams Medical Command: LAFD responded to 48 incidents and transported 11 patients. 6 additional patients declined transport. AMR (American Medical Response) responded to approximately 110 incidents and transported at least 3 patients. Most transports were due to heat related illnesses and none were critical. Media Advisory; 03:05PM; W Coliseum Drive; internal:/; South Los Angeles; Rams Game Medical Responses: LAFD has responded to 26 medical incidents and transported 5 patients. AMR has responded to approximately 60 incidents and transported at least 2 patients (numbers approximate, contact AMR for their details). The high temperature has caused a increased number of responses due to heat related illnesses. The LAFD added six rescue ambulances to assist with the call volume. Update Structure Fire 09/16/2016

Update Structure Fire; 03:28PM; 5861 S Avalon Bl; internal:/; South Los Angeles; KNOCKDOWN: 84 FF in 52 mins. Fire heavily damaged a single family dwelling (to the rear) and a shed adjacent to larger commercial building. The metal-clad commercial building sustained damage but firefighters successfully saved the structure. A Mayday call was issued in the early phase of the incident for two 'missing' firefighters who became separated from their crew on the roof. Both firefighters were quickly located uninjured.
