Update Water Rescue; 04:44PM; Pacific Coast Highway x Pine Creek Lane; internal:/; Wilmington; Total of 2 patients brought to safety and one transported (39M). Swift water team completed a search of the area and located no additional persons needing assistance (one person was assisted out by the other encampment persons). Swift water conducting a search in the northern section of this same stretch of land (Harbor Park area) and once complete, the incident will be closed. Update Water Rescue; 03:45PM; Pacific Coast Highway x Pine Creek Lane; internal:/; Wilmington; First Swift Water Rescue team is on scene with boat, another is enroute. One victim is being walked out by firefighters but they are unable to reach additional victims without the boat. Undetermined number (3 right now) due to lack of visibility through the dense vegetation. The area is estimated at 300' x 300'.
