Update Structure Fire; INC#0559; 10:45AM; 1701 W 38th Pl; http://bit.ly/2rRujkr; Exposition Park; As the fire was being extinguished, in what is now being described as a two-story duplex, firefighters searched the unit for victims and found a canine inside the fire unit in respiratory and cardiac arrest. Resuscitation measures were take and the beloved pet was successfully revived and reunited with its owner, who had managed to escape as firefighters were arriving. Update Cliff Rescue; INC#1346; 09:30PM; 4119 S Pacific Av; http://bit.ly/2to3qoL; San Pedro; Though witnesses stated there may have been others, LAFD ground crews searched and encountered only one adult female with minor injuries near the vehicle that was on fire about 25' below the top of the seaside cliff. Despite wind, the flames did not extend to vegetation and were quickly extinguished. The woman was taken to an area hospital for further evaluation.
