Update Derailment, Train; INC#0667; 01:45PM; 750 N Harbor Bl; https://bit.ly/2UwbpuO; San Pedro; LAFD HazMat squad located a 'moderate' diesel fuel leak (rough estimate of 1,000G) from the locomotive. A private company is on scene to handle the clean of the spill. The locomotive came off the track and collided with a fence, remaining upright. No injuries reported.
