There is no fire problem at this time. Given the size and weight, firefighters are determining the safest option for getting the battery to the ground and outside for mitigation. Master streams enabled firefighters to fight the fire from outside the structures, keeping all members safe as partial roof collapse began approximately 30 minutes into the incident. Firefighters immediately rescued three people from the second floor and then coordinated roof ventilation and interior fire attack on the first and second floors. Knockdown on both floors complete in 14 minutes with 33 firefighters working on scene. Paramedics are assessing the three rescued patients, all reportedly in fair condition.
