Firefighters continue to defensively battle heavy fire in the large, metal clad building (DBA Allied Steel) while also defending the adjoined cabinetry business. The fire started extending inside and crews made entry to extinguish the flames. Per protocol, LAFD Arson is enroute to assist in the cause investigation. Firefighters located the tree in a larger area of rubbish and located one deceased person. Circumstances around the death are unclear at this time and will be investigated, per protocol by LAFD Arson and LAPD (Inc# 0587).
