Update KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#0400; 09:24AM; 1728 S Shenandoah St; https://bit.ly/3aViNEZ; Pico-Robertson; It took 41 firefighters 23 minutes to extinguish fire in a one-story home under construction. Due to the compromised nature of the structure (due to incomplete construction), firefighters took a defensive posture to battle the fire from the exterior. Once the flames were pushed back, firefighters entered the structure with hose lines to eliminate the remaining hot spots. There was one civilian injury. Paramedics are on scene evaluating the patient, who is in fair condition.
