Update Rescue; INC#1067; 03:15PM; 45 Pacoima Wash; #Pacoima; Firefighters located multiple individuals underneath the Laurel Canyon Bridge in the Pacoima Wash. They were on dry land near the rushing water. Firefighters set up a rope system for safety while operating near the water's edge. Firefighters assisted these individuals to a safer location on higher ground. No river involvement in this rescue, as originally reported to the Fire Department. No injury or medical problems.
