The patient is conscious, but in critical condition. He is being treated and transported to the nearest trauma center. Unknown circumstances/age/affiliation. MOTORISTS: WB 210 traffic was shut down during the extrication. One lane is now open, but gridlock traffic is backed up past previous off-ramp (Polk St).
