Update Greater Alarm Structure Fire; INC#1356; 10:00PM; 734 & 736 S Hartford Av; https://bit.ly/49nSOph; #Westlake; *Address Correction to 734 & 736*. 64 Firefighters took more than two hours in largely defensive operations, to access and confine heavy, stubborn flames on both floors and the attic of apparently vacant and boarded 3,248 square foot two-story Craftsman-style home (built 1906) that had been converted to a residential duplex. During the earlier phases of extinguishment, an adult male exited the structure with 3rd degree burns to both legs. In critical condition, he was provided immediate care at scene and during transport a regional burn center by LAFD Paramedics. No other injuries have been reported. There are currently no reports of any civilians injured or missing in or near the heavily damaged and structurally unstable fire building. LAFD Heavy Equipment (e.g. bulldozer, excavator) was summoned to begin abating physical hazards at the collapsing structure. We anticipate LAFD personnel remaining at scene through the night to further extinguish smoldering debris and abolish physical hazards. The fire remains the focus of an active LAFD Investigation.; FS 11; Batt 11; Central Bureau; Council District 1; BC1 BC11 BC5 CM20 CM22 E11 E13 E20 E203 E211 E215 E220 E227 E27 E3 E4 E95 EA1 EM11 HR3 RA11 RA13 RA811 RA827 RA9 SO1 SQ21 SQ95 T11 T15 T20 T27 T3 T9 UR27 UR88; CH9; 14 15; Brian Humphrey
