Update KNOCKDOWN Brush Fire; INC#0940; 01:26PM; 1842 W Yosemite Dr; http://bit.ly/2BLT4zH; Eagle Rock; 46 minutes after LAFD was notified of the brush fire, crews in Eagle Rock called a knockdown after a swift and aggressive attack on a fire with challenges, such as limited water access and low power lines. Aerial water drops aided in the extinguishment, as firefighters guarded the perimeter of the nearby Eagle Rock Junior/Senior High School, who remained inside the building, safely sheltering in place (no evacuation necessary). Unknown cause/loss.
