Update Controlled - #WorthFire Brush Fire; INC#1104; 05:00PM; 22230 W Chatsworth St; https://bit.ly/3xyBH20; #Chatsworth; LAFD Firefighters have fully contained and controlled all active flame, confining the fire to less than one-half (0.50) acre of light-to-medium brush in the rugged topography of Chatsworth Park, entirely within the City of Los Angeles. While moving swiftly during emergency operations in rocky terrain, one LAFD Firefighter sustained a non-life threatening injury in a ground level. He has been taken to an area hospital in fair condition for further clinical assessment. No other injuries have been reported. The Metrolink Ventura County Line between Simi Valley and Chatsworth that serves Metrolink, Amtrak and Union Pacific trains, has been fully reopened. LAFD personnel will remain patrolling the fire line through at least this evening to prevent any flare-ups.
