Update Brush Fire; INC#0649; 01:10PM; 255 W Box Canyon Rd; https://bit.ly/3fd3j1j; The fire is at approximately 25 acres. It is in mixed rocky, steep terrain which makes ground access challenging. However, firefighters are making good progress and the helicopters are hitting it hard from the sky. This incident is 100% in the County of Ventura but due to the mutual threat to all three counties, it is a Unified Command with Ventura County Fire, Los Angeles County Fire, Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MCRA) and LAFD. Ventura County Fire has a PIO enroute for media availability. No injuries reported and no structures damaged. There are no evacuation orders in place.
