Trapped Vehicle; INC#0169; 03:36AM; 1300 S Elwood St; https://bit.ly/3cm42zJ; Downtown; A tractor trailer rolled and is hanging halfway on/off the freeway (reported to be stable and not at risk of falling) and is fully involved in fire possibly exposing a commercial building. The sole occupant (driver) of the truck was safely out before LAFD arrival and does not have any injuries. There are two additional patients being evaluated (unknown injuries or where they were located). The freeway is currently shut down.
