Two toppled power poles, a toppled street light and sheared fire hydrant, causing a large volume of water to fall upon the roof of an adjacent one story home. No apparent collapse hazard. #LATraffic: Closure of all northbound and southbound lanes of LaBrea Avenue between 21st Street and the Santa Monica (I-10) Freeway until LAPD and LADWP operations are complete, unknown duration.
