Structure Fire; INC#1164; 03:49PM; 1228 S Flower St; https://bit.ly/3lKgsIC; #DowntownLA; LAFD's first arriving firefighters ascended ladders to the roof to find the source of the heavy smoke, which was burning rubbish atop the one-story commercial building. Firefighters quickly extinguished the rooftop contents fire, without allowing flames to penetrate down into the building. It took 21 firefighters 15 minutes from the time of alarm to complete the task. No reported injuries.
