River Search; INC#0861; 12:18PM; 15100 W Parthenia St; https://bit.ly/3GUlmtK; #NorthHills; PRELIM: LAFD ground and air response to one unoccupied and apparently previously damaged and abandoned vehicle discovered (after being washed downstream?) in the narrow, concrete-lined flood control channel that bisects Parthenia Street, just east of Noble Avenue, containing approximately 3 feet of swift moving water.
