Physical Rescue - Fatal Collision; INC#0864; 12:51PM; 8404 W La Tuna Canyon Rd; https://bit.ly/4fbLsbc; #Tujunga; LAFD responded to a two-vehicle traffic collision to find one person trapped in each vehicle. Firefighters extricated an approximately 30-year-old male and transported him to a local hospital in serious condition. Sadly, the person in the second vehicle was found to be dead at the scene. Crews will help with extricating the deceased from the wreckage (as a body recovery, not a rescue) to assist LAPD and LA Medical Examiner.
