Update KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#1219; 06:37PM; 1158 N San Fernando Rd; https://bit.ly/4dw35Rn; Glassell Park; KNOCKDOWN: Over 100 firefighters extinguished the fire in 42 minutes with no injuries reported. The fire building (100' x 200' one-story commercial previously a courthouse) was destroyed and is structurally unstable. LAFD heavy equipment operators are enroute to assist in overhaul and ensuring the structure is down safely. The two-story building on the SE (Bravo) side was defended from damage by crews. This will remain an active incident into the night. Per protocol, LAFD Arson is responding for the investigation.
